Shipping is free and JustFab.com use FedEx “Smart Post”. I have heard that this can be an issue with some local post offices and you might have to talk to the post office if they are being slow.
As far as packaging, I haven’t had an issue yet. The merchandise has always arrived undamaged and looking good. I haven’t had to send anything back yet, but my friend did.
Shipping is free both ways. She called customer service and talked to a representative who, she said, was very nice and there was no problem. She got a different pair of shoes and is totally happy.

I dont know if I understand the membership thing. If you buy a shoe for 39.95 do you still pay the membership. Like if you buy something one month do you get charged 80 dollars then?
Sorry about the confusion. No. If you buy an item you DO NOT also pay the monthly membership fee. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, all you have to do is press the skip button before the 5th day of the month is over. If you ask for another selection, you get til the end of the 10th day to skip.

I have returned shoes to Just Fabulous. They were too tight and hurt my ankles. I called them and complained. They took the shoes back and shipping was free. I decided on getting the store credit for a future purchase.
