Complaints I Have Seen
I have seen quite a few posts on other sites complaining about JustFab.com and shoe of the month clubs in general. I have seen some pretty outrageous complaints and I wonder who is running those sites. If I was new to shoe clubs, it would turn me off and I would leave them alone like the plague, thinking they were all scams.
Luckily I tried JustFab before rendering my verdict. I have bought many shoes and a few bags from Justfab and I have been pleased with their products. They’re within my budget and they have styles I like. I have had some minor complaints about JustFab and I state them in my reviews when they come up, but I have never received a shoe of terrible quality and I have never been overcharged, double charged, or charged after opting out.
How I Determine Reviews or Complaints hold Water
I take anything I read on the internet with a grain of salt. If a review is so over the top, like: “These shoes are the greatest shoes I have ever worn, they made my sex life better, and I won the lottery because of them.” I disregard it.
If a complaint says: “These are the biggest piece of crap shoes ever, they smell like fish, they turned my feet purple and I was charged over and over again.” I disregard it.
Why I Think People are Complaining
I think some complaints are from actual people who are upset for some legitimate reason, but I think most of the time it’s because they didn’t read the Terms of the shoe club. I think some people in general are lazy and they don’t read what they are signing up for. Then when they don’t opt out and get charged, they lose it. Please read this.
If I Have a Complaint
I don’t have a lot of money and the money I do have, I work hard for. If I ever get a horrible shoe from JustFab or get charged wrongly, I will talk about it all over this site.
If You Have a Complaint
If you come here and you have a complaint, post it, but first take a breather, compose your thoughts, be detailed and explain the problem. Don’t complain in generalities or use profanity as I will delete them.

Thank you for this post. I have been considering trying a shoe club. I have looked at the different clubs and I like the styles of Just Fab and Shoedazzle. I was hesitant about signing up because of all the complaints and scam accusations. But after reading your post here and looking at Just Fab’s Facebook page I was convinced enough to sign up today. The Facebook page doesn’t show as many complaints and most people seem to be happy with JustFab. I can’t wait to see my boutique.
I don’t do Facebook. but I have a coworker who shows off her Just Fabulous shoes. She starts getting anxious at the end of the month. I have liked what I’ve seen and I got my first Just Fab shoes yesterday. I am very happy. They look nice and they are comfortable for high heels.
I usually don’t comment, but you inspired me to speak up. Just Fabulous is a good company. I enjoy their shoes. They aren’t perfect, but when it comes to fashion, who is?
I give JustFab credit though, they do a great job at showing their merchandise from every angle, to give us a feel for the shoe, or bag, or pant. They really do their best to come as close to a brick and mortar store. That way you’re not buying something you end up not liking.
It’s too bad so many people don’t understand how a shoe club works. It’s such an easy process. I think if you don’t read what’s right in front of your face, you shouldn’t have the right to complain. It’s down right slander.
Just Fabulous makes my day! When I see the JustFab box at my door, I am a happy sole sister! Their shoes, heels, flats, you name it, are some serious fashion weapons. I go out in a new pair of sparkly, dazzling, sheik shoes from Just Fab and I feel like everybody is watching me.
They just look good. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I over do it with the higher heels and my feet get tired, I might feel like complaining, but then I look at my legs and feet in the mirror, and all the complaints go out the door. Hey it’s worth it, to look hot.
Any girl saying JustFab is a scam. All I can say is learn some more about them. And after that, if you still say they are a scam, I got to wonder where you work.
And Sue, I read how you say over the top posts, you disregard them. So you probably wont post this, but I don’t work for them but I love their shoes. So that’s why I talk them up. Nothing wrong with that.
I hear ya sister! I love shoe clubs. People complaining about the having to opt out every month is bull. How hard is that? Not hard at all, considering most people spend a great deal of their time online reading Facebook or Twitter or You Tube. It’s true, if you bother reading beyond the complaint title, most people are upset that they didn’t opt out in time. They should get a life.
I guess on the internet not enough people praise the stuff they buy. I buy Just Fab shoes and bags and I like them. I haven’t had any complaints. I don’t think it’s a ripoff.
Great review site. I like how detailed you are, posting actual shoes you buy and then talking about them. Hearing from you that Just Fabulous is not a scam site and explaining how most people are complaining about them because the don’t understand how it works, is more helpful than most of the other shoe club review websites I’ve visited.
I got my first boutique and immediately ordered Shayla. I can’t say how JustFab is in the long run, but my first purchase was a home run! These are great shoes for the price. My first impression tells me all the outlandish complaints are propaganda.
Can’t they sue someone?
I was totally turned off of shoe clubs before I tried JustFab. I thought they would be like HSN type stuff. I have been following this blog for more than a few months and decided to take the plunge. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
I had an issue with my third justfab purchase and after calling and talking to a customer service rep I decided to do a complaint search. I saw all the bad complaints and thought “Dammit, this return is going to be terrible.” Then I saw this page and decided not to pass judgement yet.
That was one week ago.
My problem was resolved and justfab bent over backwards to make sure I stayed a satisfied customer! I decided to let you know, because I bet most people don’t bother telling their good experiences.
You should keep this post at the top of your page. I have had nothing but good shoes from JustFab. I wonder how many people think that is impossible due to all the bad publicity they get. It’s like there’s a campaign or something to group JustFab up with ShoeDazzle.
It seems if people get a bad shoe from Kim Kardashian all shoe clubs get a bad reputation, especially JustFab.
They are similar in their business looks but I can attest that JustFab sells beautiful shoes for a great price.
It’s funny how many Just Fab complaints are people who say they heard from a friend that the service is bad or that it’s a scam. If you’re going to post on a scam board or a complaint site you should have some real evidence to back it up. I know it’s impossible but I wish there was a feasible way for good companies to go after all the little weasels talking trash for no good reason
